DP hangs when loading plugins! SOLVED!!

OK! Everything is fine now, it was my soundcard it was not locked to MADIit is now and it seems that it was the problem.
When I starting up DP ( the latest version) it hangs for ever on
" Loading plug-in:WahPedal". Any ideas?. Never done it before.
Everything installed where it wanted to go.
I am on Win 10 64-bit.
