Hey guys, I have an instant of Velvet , Xpand II and Modo Bass. When the sequence starts and there is 4 bars of no MIDI the transport runs smooth and the bars and beats go by smoothly. As soon as it hits the MIDI the transport gets jittery and the bars and beats freeze and play freeze and play. There is no audio recorded. I am at 96k and a high buffer. Quite frustrating. Any ideas, thanks

I realized I had the VI,s open and Play in Real time was checked. I closed the windows and it worked fine. Where can I read about what pregen means? What is the advantage of that ? I was reading in the ProTools forum where a guy did tests on different DAW,s with VI,s and plug insand said he hated DP9. Thanks, Anthony
