All of the waveforms in my tracks disappeared when I accidentally changed a setting and I have no idea what the setting is.

When I press play, I can hear all of the audio, but I just can't see the waveforms. The tracks are empty.

I am ready to cry in the fetal position for a few hours now. Any help would be much appreciated.

No need to despair. Check View>Filters (⌘-F) and make sure Soundbites is checked.
