Don blazed quite a trail in the synthesizer world. Being a modular synth guy I can say his designs are still being imitated and cloned to this day and Buchla synths are still making music all over the world. He was a seriously forward-thinking guy and pushed synthesizer technology forward by a good margin. RIP.
