Lost a sounbank preset

Hi all,
I've lost the ELECTRIC ORGAN PRESETD in the 02 Electric keyboard Soundbank of MachFive.
Even I rescan soudbank, it doesn't come back.
Even I copy it again from the M5 install CD, and rescan, I always have NO PRESET in the 02 Electri Organ sounbank...
Any idea...?
