Horn section samples needed for Funk/R&b

I'm looking for a sample library cd or whatever that contains horn section samples useful for funk, ie.Earth Wind & Fire, Tower Power. I'm not interested in loops but rather single stabs, swells, etc ... in a single sample manner for more control. Is there anything out there like this? Kurz, EMU, Roland? Most brass libraries seem to be loops or classically based.

Thanks in advance

Check out Q-up Arts Brass library. Its 5 CD's. Got classical plus staps, swells, shakes, mutes. Its reall good. I have it for Giga, and it seems to transfer to Mach5, you just loose some of the mapps.

Don't forget Ilio's Memphis Horns sample discs. Very, very cool. (Of course, I'm a little biased as I recorded it!)

mwilloam,

I'm also looking for some horn section samples. Just wondering if you found anything good. All I can fine are loop and phrase disks.

How does it work when your tracks are 96K and the horns are at... well... whatever they are?
I bought Mach but not clear on use yet even after a lesson.

Thanks
