M5 and DFH 2

I haven't had much experience with my MachFive sampler yet. If I want to import sounds from my DrumKit from Hell 2 CD, do I import using UVI-extract or do I drop the CD directly into the keygroup mapper (keyboard on MachFive) itself?

Apparently the DFH2 (Drum Kit from Hell 2) CD-Rom comes with mappings for the gigasampler (giga files) and EXS24 formats. After searching for sampler discs, I have not been able to get UVI-Xtract to recognize the DFH2 multiversion disc. I don't know what else to do at this point. Has anyone been able to convert this disc with success?
