Problem with audio express!

Hi guys,
Using the audio express card on windows 7 64bit pro
having a problem of heavy "biping" (around 10KHZ) when playing something, if it works at all.
everytime I'm changing a USBhub it works for like half a sec and then bips again.
Please help!
