I sent a letter (one of those old fashioned things you walk down to the post office with and push into the posting box). Complete with my contacts details, in Sydney. Asking for the company's policy on Mosaic (i.e. if they ever intended to OSX it or abandon it).

iBook with partioned drive to run Mosaic, also own Sibelius & Finale but badly miss the ease of use that is Mosaic.
