Hi I have the following Problem:
I cant‘t authorize Audiodesk on my Computer.
After installation comes the request for the key code. When I type it in and press ok, for a minute the cd is working, then the request comes again and i can‘t open audiodesk. The same happend after reinstallation. I followed all steps in the manual but can‘t solve the problem(CD is in the Drive/Key Code is right...). Has anybody any idea,
thanx

Re: Problem With Audiodesk Authorization
Hi,
I had the same problems a few month ago. I asked for solution techsupport MOTU, here is the answer:
It sounds like a file permissions problem. Quit all running
applications. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator user, then proceed. Go to the Finder and choose Find from the File menu (or press Command-F). Search in Local Disks. Using the drop-down menus, set the first search line to "Name", "Contains", and type "auth" in the text box. Hit the Plus (+) button at the end of the line. This will add
a second line of commands to the search. For this line, choose
"Visibility" and "Invisible Items" . Hit
Search. Look in the search results for a file named
"Auth-AudioDesk 2.0". If a file by this name is found, drag this file into the Trash (and empty it).
Next, go to Applications/Utilities and open Disk Utility. Select the
volume that OS X boots from (this should be the same volume that
AudioDesk is installed on). Choose Repair Disk Permissions. When that
is completed, launch AudioDesk. When you are prompted to do so, put
the
AudioDesk Installer CD in the CD-ROM drive and enter your name and
keycode.
They were true, of course.
