BFD Authorization Issues [solved]

I just migrated to a MP with Mavericks and BFD will not authorize. I have emails and calls out to FXpansion, but they're barely responsive. I've also posted on their forum. I'm wondering if anyone here can help. I get this from the License Manager:
"Several of your products have failed to authorize properly. These products listed below:
BFD 1 (Software BFD 1 has status 5 which is non authorizable)
BFD 2 (Software BFD 2 has status 5 which is non authorizable)
BFD 3 (Software BFD 3 has status 5 which is non authorizable)"
It then offers to create a support ticket, but that function is not functional, nor is the offline authorization
Not too impressed with FXpansion at this moment.
