recording single loop pattern with variation

Hello,
wish to know if it's possible to use Bpm with cubase and if i can record on an audio track on cubase of a single loop pattern played so many times and modified in real time. As i see Bpm saves only a single last MIDI pattern or wave single pattern (the last one). Is it possibile with the mouse to play a single pattern in loop and record as MIDI or wav an entire session?
