Editing multiple velocities by dragging in the event list

Hi there,
I'd like to know if it's possible to modify the velocities and other parameters in the event list at the same time on several notes. For example, I have a staccato passage where I'd like an accent on certain downbeats. I could use the set velocity command, but I'd like to be able as well, for example, to do that in the even list window, by dragging up and down the velocity value on multiple notes.
Thanks in advance for your help!

The way I do this is to select the notes I want to change (using command-click to select multiple notes) and then open the "Change Velocity" command in the Region menu.

Within this tool, are several ways to increase the velocity. You can set them all to the same fixed value, or add/subtract a constant to/from the current value, or use the compressor (which is very versatile and useful.

Turn on the preview so you can hear the result and tweak before you commit.

Thanks a lot! I also have another issue, since I can't make the preview mode work. Any suggestion?

I'm not sure but there might be a slight lag between when you make a setting change and the "preview" version of the track responds.

Also, make sure you have the On Velocity checked (you knew that).

Great, that works!
