Hello,
I am evaluating a Traveler for collecting data in an engineering application. I am looking for Windows 2K software that just provides me a means for sampling the analog inputs and outputing data to the HD. It would also be nice if I could do FFTs (with length/window selection) and basic filtering in real time. I have looked at Adobe Audition 1.5, but haven't yet figured out how (or if) I can do multi-channel recording with the Traveler. SONAR looks like overkill for what I need. Any suggestions?
On another note:
1) Anyone worked with a Motu unit under Linux?
2) Anyone know how to interface to the Traveler with C code?
Thanks,
Shane

Re: Windows 2K Recording Software
I am currently using Adobe Audition 1.5 with 2408MK3. Absolutely no issues and I expect that the Traveller would be fine.
Have you tried some of the free suites? eg. Audacity

Re: Windows 2K Recording Software
Thanks for the reply!
I did get Adobe Audition 1.5 working after I configured it properly tonight. I can do multi-channel recording on the Traveler under W2k without any problems.
I also downloadad Audacity, but have been unable to record more than one stereo channel. When I select select more channels I get an error. Still looking to see if I have audacity configured correctly. It may also offer help in learning how to program to the Traveler.
