Click issues help request

I'm working on a tune which I have had to freeze VIs and move to my Laptop, edit and return to my studio desktop Mac. Unfortunately the click plays in sync on the Lap but is slightly skewed when returning to the desktop. The 1 click is close but not in the pocket anymore. Any clues as to this behavior or it's causes would be appreciated.
Both running Mavericks same version. DP 7.24. Desktop in 64bit FWIW

Depending on your project, this may or may not be an option for you, but bus the click and record it to a track on the laptop and then see if that track stays in the pocket on the desktop.

Yes, I'll try that but i can hear its out. You think the freeze had issues? I'm starting to think maybe it did.
I'll re-freeze the desktop VIs and compare to the temp again.

Going back to the desktop and MOTU DP, the click stopped working completely. I better reload. This has only happened on Mavericks
