NLS waves plugin does not show

Wierd one here. DP8.5 OSX Mavericks. I bought the waves NLS plugin , installed it, does not show. Trashed pref,s and had DP scan au,s again, no show. Help ! Cannot wait for Slate anymore, thanks.

Did you go through the registration/validation routine on the Waves website?

I have PT 11 on another drive and it works there. Do I ahve to authorize it on the DP8 drive ? I have the waves USB drive in and it has the authorization on that.

That should do it; I have a USB thumb drive or memory stick or whatever they call them, and it handles Waves authorization for any computer I plug it into.
This may be one for Waves, or for MOTU or both. I just can't see any reason why it wouldn't be working. You did install the AU version, right? Or VST?

Have you moved the Waveshell or its folder at all? The Waveshell is basically the primary unit in Waves plugins. All the individual plugins somehow go through it to work in your DAW. Could it be moved, missing, wrong version, unauthorized… ? I'm shooting in the dark here. I wish I could help you; it's frustrating when your plugins don't work.

SOLVED!!! Thanks, Shooshie , made me think., I reinstalled offline. If you are on OSX 10.9 that is what Waves needs you to do.
