Eventide Eclipse 3.0 vs TC Fireworx

Ok, I am interested in an outboard unit for FX stuff. The two boxes I'm considering are the Fireworx and the Eclipse 3.0
I am pretty sure they are both good units but I would like to know your take on which are the strengths and weaknesses on each box.
I would mainly use either the Fireworx or the Eclipse for FX and occasionally for reverb if the algos are good enough (better than reverb plugs). Also, I work mainly at 48KHz / 24 bits.
