Kontakt in DP 8

I am running the latest version of Kontakt 5 in the latest version of DP8 in WIndows and am using two MOTU 2408's and unable to get Kontakt to see more than one set of stereo outputs from the interface inside DP8. Even though the standalone Kontakt 5 works FINE and sees all of the interfaces outputs. Does anyone know of any solutions to this problem ..... the WHY's are not important .... just the HOW's if anyone knows... thanks

Did you set up the Bundles in DP so its tracks can access all of your physical ports?

Yes Bundles are all set but the Bundles only apply to the DP software not the adjustments needed to be seen in Kontakt I think

So Kontakt is showing up in the Bundles Window under Instruments, you clicked Add to define some Kontakt outputs, and these are not showing up as possible inputs in the mixer for Aux tracks?

Kontakt is coming up as AUX's but will not go out of any assigned outputs other than stereo 1 & 2 Lft and Rght. ONLY outputs that show are stereo 1 & 2 in Kontakt

I don't use Kontakt much, but IIRC there is a stereo and a 16 output channel version installed. If you have the 16 channel version instantiated on an instrument track, and only stereo channels show up across the top of the Bundles window, I don't know what is wrong.

thanks for the replies but I feel somehow the info that I am asking is not being read correctly or I am not explaining it correctly... DP8 alone in windows works fine all 48 channels are being utilized .... Kontakt 5 alone works just fine all 48 channels are being utilized.... Kontakt 5 in DP8 will only see stereo channels 1 & 2 as OUTPUTS ....within Kontakt itself INSIDE of DP8. That is my problem and wondered if anyone knows any solutions to that problem. In other words if I use Kontakt 5 inside or DP8 it... Kontakt in and of itself will only see and use outputs 1 & 2. If I use Kontakt stand alone I get all 48 channels of my audio interface which is 2 MOTU 2408's. I have a similar problem with Pro Tools in Windows also

So you are using a 16 channel version of K5, and not a Stereo version? If you google Kontakt 5 stereo versus 16 channels, you'll see a similar problem discussed in Live and Cubase. In each case the solution was to make sure Kontakt 5 16 was loaded.

Thanks but once again the version of Kontakt is Multi output but only in DP8 does it become singularly stereo outputs 1 & 2

It works for me, but I've only got a single audio interface.
