Is there any way DP6.03 will work with a Digidesign Venue SC48.I would like to hook my macbook up and record off of the board. I know avid is very stingy and you have to use protools for anything with avid stamped on it. I thought I would ask anyway, even though I answered my own question while typing this. I'm guessing NO.

Venue doesn't know what kind of software you have. As long as you can get audio out of a console (via analog, AES, MADI, AVB, ...) and into a computer, you can record it with whatever software you want.
