I've only been using DP8 for a moth or so and have done several recording projects.
Haven't changed a thing but now, when I try to select an Input for a MIDI track, nothing happens - no drop down menu appears!
Using a MOTU 8 Pre to a Roland TD20 Drum Module.
Also, patch changes in previous DP8 projects are working work but not in my new project.
All MIDI Mapping, routing, bundles, cables etc seem to be correct and havent been changed.
Any thoughts??

Have you checked your OS Audio/MIDI setup? What does it look like?
Mac Mini Server i7 2.66 GHs/16 GB RAM / OSX 10.14 / DP 9.52
Tascam DM-24, MOTU Track 16, all Spectrasonics' stuff,
Vienna Instruments SUPER PACKAGE, Waves Mercury, slaved iMac and Mac Minis running VEP 7, etc.

this sounds 100% normal...DP grabs all MIDI inputs automatically unless you turn on Multi record (from studio menu)
