I went to do a telephone sound on a voice and I know that the MOTU 4 band EQ had a preset for it but I could not find it in the plugs list. Does anyone know where it is along with the 2 band? Not the MW Equalizer.
Thanks!!

They're labelled ParaEQ (2-band, 4-band, 8-band) in the list here.

Yeah, they're kind of off to themselves in the list. But are you having trouble finding the plugins or the presets? I think the presets may have not made leap to 64 bit with all intact, but that's not your question, I guess. You can make a quick telephone preset by adding a hi-pass filter at, say, 440 or 880, or whatever sounds right to your ears. You may get even closer by adding a bump at around 6K or 8K with a Q of about an octave.
I'm just guessing (and I don't even have DP open at the moment), but I've never thought it hard to create a telephone or old phonograph EQ. Seems pretty straight ahead unless you want to get an FFT meter after an actual telephone and see exactly what it does to a range of sine waves. I guess that's doable, but the hi-pass filter should get close enough for jazz.
