Hi all. Where are the iPhoto Library pictures actually stored on the Mac? I'd like to select them all and have them imported into another library without having to 'merge' libraries.

Thanks!

They should be right in your Home Folder inside a folder called Pictures (unless you moved them or created additional iPhoto libraries).

So find that folder, and inside it you must right-click the actual library file and select Show Package Contents. That will open a finder window with all the library's data, including all your photos.

If your OS is 10.6.8, that is correct. If 10.7 or 10.8, it depends.

OSX 10.8.2 - Go to Pictures folder - right click "iPhoto Library" - choose "Show Package Contents" Your pictures will be in a folder named "Masters".
