Hi,

I was looking for information or tutorials where I may learn how to set in DP8 instrument by instrument rewired to Sibelius7.

My ultimate aim is compose in MIDI only each instrument while Sibelius wrote the notation in the proper line, turning off the Sibelius sounds and using just sound libraries.

I did not find anything on the DP8 User Guide, neither in the Sibelius guide.

Any help will be truly appreciated!

Not to worry. People thing the getting started guide is for basic setup, but as you have discovered, it has a lot more to offer than that and the answers are not always easy to find in the manual even with a search (if you don't know what to look for - as in this instance).
