Firewire 400 to 800

What are you using?
I have adaptor that fits in the end of a 400 cable and goes into the 800 slot on the Mac.
There are also cables pre terminated 400 on 1 side and 800 on the other either way , what ever you can get cheap that works its a coin toss.
