Latency suddenly starts for no reason

Hi,
I have never had latency issues with my current setup. In my current session, a 16th note latency randomly started and it makes no sense. It was totally fine as always last night when I started the session. Even the click plays back with a 16th note latency! I didn't change any audio settings. It just randomly started. I quit and re-opened multiple times, tried changing the buffer size to 256 and 128 (even though it's always been fine at 512) with no change. I checked other sessions and they are fine, it's just this one as of now. It's not even an intensive session yet - just 10 audio tracks so far, no MIDI. The audio I recorded last night plays back as it should, but If I turn the click on, it clicks a 16th note late. Any track I record enable now has the latency.

I have a 2008 Mac Pro 8-core with 12 gigs of RAM
running DP 7 on OSX 10.5.8 with a MOTU Ultralite

Does anyone have any idea what the hell is going on?? It's driving me insane!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Do you have Ozone on the master bus?

If so, save your settings, take it out, and put it back in later.

No, I don't have ozone. The only plugins I have in the session currently are Waves and Soundtoys (which I use ALL the time with no problems).

thanks though...
