Is there a way to control the overall output level of the Ultralite MK3 for all applications within a Mac?
I've got my monitors set quite low, but the volume is still hideously loud and when I try and adjust the output level in the System Preferences panel, it says that the device (ultralite) has no output controls.
I've tried adjusting the "main" level on the ultralite, but it doesn't do anything.
I basically have to run the volume on like -30 in each application.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
I would really appreciate any advice.
Cheers,
Sam

Re: Studio monitor volume control
For the 828mk3, the more recent drivers added the volume control in the sound preference panel. So if you haven't already installed those, download and try - might be the same for the Ultralite. Also, if the Main output level isn't doing anything, check CueMix FX outputs tab for your monitoring setup (again, if monitor button functionality is the same as the 828mk3).

Re: Studio monitor volume control
Awesome! Thanks NazRat, you've solved my problem.
I clicked on the monitor tab on the output page and then I had control of the main out volume after that.
Much appreciated!

Sam
