This was all done in Digital Performer 7.24 from start to finish. Tracking done in my studio, and drums recorded and final mix at Jim Watson's studio in Los Angeles. If you wanna help your friendly site owner out, and feel like contributing to my "retirement plan" which currently is to wear a blue vest and say "hello" as people walk into Wal-Mart, your 99 cents will be appreciated! LOL
Thanks! In my appreciation, please accept this video we just finished today. Still auditioning band members so it's just me the solo artist. I did all singing and played all instruments, tracking them in my home studio on DP 7.24 of course!! Who says DP ain't ROCK AND ROLL??!!
Is it Dubly or Dubley? I need to know as I have a second version that is actually sung in character with a slightly exaggerated British accent and I'm thinking of releasing it as "It Goes To Eleven (Dubly Version)"

Not sure. I'd go for Dubly™
I wish there was a plugin that had the sound of dolby A encoding.
We used to use that a lot on BV/BGs for sizzle.
Cheers, Bolla

The #1 tribute to one of the greatest ones of all time (and one of the greatest pairs of ones of all time)!
I, for one, am happy to spend $1 in support of this one.

Hey THANK YOU guys!!! Turns out I had to explain to my dad and my uncle just who Nigel Tufnel is and give them some background. In the process of that, I also have this link handy which shows WHY the particular guitar solo, as I discovered if someone hasn't seen the movie recently (or at all), they may raise an eyebrow at the guitar solo!
