After looking through the manual and not seeing much online i wanted to ask how do you get parameters to show up in Abletons arrangement window to automate?
i see nothing when i click the dropdown box on MF3 MIDI channel in the arrangement window to automate parameters.
also when i hit record and turn MF3 filter cutoff knob it does not record the automation in the lane.

I also own apc40 which when i click MIDI learn does not seem to link up.
just wondering if anyone out there is using this successfully in Ableton automating parameters in the arrangement window.

The MIDI / automation portion of MF3 is a little confusing to me.

There is no host automation in M5.
You need to use MIDI CC

right click on the cutoff knob, MIDI Learn, move the MIDI knob
and you're all set.

thanks for the help! just last night i found this handy little diagram for anyone wondering what MIDI cc's the apc40 sends out. so now i can hopefully just pick the correlating CC's in MF3.
