MarkFive and DP uses

Hi All,
I am new to both DP and Mark5 Can some one tell me what are the steps and tips to get both the M5&DP working together smoothly. Also, What are the steps that you take to reduce cpu resoureces when runing M5 in DP? I am so confuse on how to use mark five and what do we do from start to finsh with M5's sound. Please help.
