UltraLite mk3 hardware not recognized after Lion install

So I just installed Lion and now OS X does not seem to recognize my UltraLite mk3 (via FireWire). Usually when I turn on the UltraLite OS X will recognize it and start up CueMix. Now it just does nothing. If I open CueMix, it acts as though there are no devices connected. The MOTU Audio Setup application also doesn't seem to recognize that the UltraLite is plugged in and turned on.
