They are not compatible.
A 7.24 update is in the works as we speak.
I spoke with them this morning at 6am Pacific time.

UAD plugs are not compatible either:

"UAD Powered Plug-Ins are not currently supported under Mac OS X 10.7 "Lion." Support for this new operating system is actively being developed for a future UAD software update."
