AudioDesk does not accept the keycode

Ok, I know this is already discussed here many times, but nothing of the solutions I read helped. I installed the drivers for my MOTU UltraLitemk3 Hybrid Audio Interface and the installer installed additionally the AudioDesk Software. On the sleeve there is a Keycode and Serialnumber. If I start the AudioDesk Software a window appear and ask for my name and the Keycode. I entered it but the Ok Button won't get active. The CD is in the Drive, too. I have a MacbookPro4.1 with Snow Leopard installed. Here is what i tried without any success:
  • I am working with an normal user with no sudo rights. So I tried to start the AudioDesk Software as the Admin user with sudo rights
  • I tried to repair the rights on my HD
  • I tried to set the rights for the "everyone" user to read and write but i do not hand the new rights down for the subfolders because of the security risk
I posted a techLink at motu.com but no one answers, so you are my last hope.

Thank you for your help and response!

Regards
fin

AudioDesk II or III?

Are you sure that you have copied the serial number exactly? (zeros, not O's, ones, not I's)

You are logged in as Admin?

Do you have Rosetta installed?

Thanks for your answer! Today after four days (maybe they were busy the last days) of waiting motu offered me a new Keycode. :woohoo:
And this one works fine.

Ok I tried as the normal user, CD in Drive and it worked for me, please close this "Fred".
