firewire card suggestions for 828mk3

Hi Tweakberry here!
Im about to purchase an 828mk3 and want to make sure i get a proper firewire card as well, what do you think of this card?
ive been told that Belkin and SIIG are the standards, and that it doesnt matter if the card is PCI or PCI express
the 828mk3 comes with a type B 9-pin to 9-pin cable and i just want to make sure im not running around looking for an adapter when i get the unit, are any cards recommended here by current users?, thanks a bunch!!
