Been a lurker here for a few years and originally found this solution for multiple mixes here, but it doesn't seem to work real good for me? Can't seem to find anything by searching.

If I run windows audio default out to ADATB 1&2 (stereo), loop back to ADATA 1&2 (stereo), to allow routing to different headphone mixes it almost sounds mono to me. I'm using the SP/DIF input at 44.1 so I can't use that connection. It's very noticeably degraded, at least, compared the default Analog 1-2 out. I've been doing A-B comparisons and it still appears stereo on the cuemix fx meters but it doesn't sound like it. Any ideas?

I'm an Idiot? Just messing around I come to realize that the inputs in my Cuemix FX have to be configured as 2 mono channels, each panned left and right. Configuring 2 inputs as stereo, SP/DIF 1&2 or ADAT A or B 1&2 for example, and feeding a stereo signal in does not come out in stereo? What am I missing here? If I feed a 44.1 stereo signal into the SP/DIF input with the input configured as Stereo SP/DIF 1/2 the signal comes out sounding mono. Configured as 2 mono inputs panned hard L/R it comes out stereo as it went in?
