Bpm Keeps crashing

I have windows 7 and everytime i get started bpm unexpectedly keeps crashing and closing does anyone know what is wrong or could be the reason why it does this?

I'm having the same problem. Win7 x64 and 64bit BPM. this form is slooooooooooow.

StandAlone ? VST ?
Are you able to do something or it crashes directly ?
Try to check the UFS size see if it matches the one on the DVD.
You can try to move the ufs temporary as well.
BPM start without its soundbank as well.
A little more details would helps.
