I have had this issue for months of not being able to launch these instruments in standalone mode, they work fine in plugin mode. I have a techlink going with MOTU but they have not been able to help, and eventually stopped responding. I have a current MacPro, latest version of DP, all software updates and MOTU updates, drivers as well. When I launch MachFive, or MSI a blank window pops up and then i have to force quit. I have done pretty much all that MOTU has asked me to do and then some. All the way to starting from scratch!! If any one has some advice for me I would greatly appreciate the help. Btw these are licensed, just FYI. Thank you everyone.

Try selecting back your color profile in the OSX display settings.
