hi
when I open cuemix fx there is a error message " your microbook got 0.00.0.0 firmware version etc."
and cant play any sound
but when I use with my previous computer its work fine. ( core 2 duo windows7-64bit )
but I want to use it with my new computer
I have tried to change to every each usb port but still not work .
my new computer is i5 p7p55d windows 7-64bit

can someone give me any solution please

First try disconnecting any other USB devices so that the MicroBook is the only USB device connected to the computer. Does the problem still happen?

You could also try connecting a self-powered USB hub between the computer and the MicroBook. I've used some computers whose built-in USB ports don't provide the nominal current or voltage to bus-powered devices. A USB hub with its own DC power supply should always supply the nominal current and voltage.

Maybe check the motherboard's BIOS configuration. There might be settings in there that control USB bus power or some other power settings that would affect the USB bus.
