Burning CDs from DP6

Post by blazingrythm »

As I recall, it's possible to burn a disc directly from DP6 rather than having to export a soundbite and use other software.
I checked the manual and couldn't find the instructions.
Can someone tell me what page it's on or how to do it?
Thanks,
RW

Not near my manual right now, but it should be in the same section as other bouncing instructions, since CD burning is a bouncing option.

It's in the index under CD, burning.

Thanks MIDI Life...,
I looked in the contents and in the index and could not find anything called CD Burning.
This is DP6.02 I'm talking about.
Are you sure?
If so, what page would it be on?

I still find Jam super handy for CD burning. I always save CD-ready mixes in the top level of the project folder, then drag 'em from the Finder right into Jam. It always looked like burning CDs in DP was sort of convoluted... and I don't mean convoluted as in Altiverb. Am I simply misinformed? Is it simple and EZ now?

I probably won't change my workflow anyway.

Doh! I was looking at the Quick Start manual.
Sorry for the trouble.
No Wonder there was no page 947.

I'm using Wave Editor. Could never get DP (believe 7.2 was the last version attempted) to burn a phase perfect red book CD. I tried my butt off too...
