Getting Reason BPm to align with DP3's BPM

Hello,

I started a DP project with an Audio file of music that was created in Reasons. My job was to record the vocals in DP and mix it down.

I figured out the BPM to be 90 and set DP to that (so I could copy and paste vocals easily) and recorded the all the vocals. After finishing it was decided that the music track needed a different mix and I was supplied with the Reasons file.

The person who created the Reasons file did not bother to understand anything about Beats per minute and created the Reason song at 120 bpm, even thought it is actually 90 bmp. When I sync Reason to DP and set the DP tempo at 90, Reasons is playing the music too slow. I really don't know Reason even though I have a copy of it.

What can I do in either program so that Reason is playing at 90 bmp and in sync with the vocals and DP.

CORRECTED INFO
The Reason file is at 121.00 bpm and the Time Signature is 5/8.

The DP file is at 90.00 bpm and the Time Signature is 4/4.

I think the major problem has to do with the different time signatures.

I'm using dp4.6 and reason 4, and they always sync up nicely.
Try this.....I can't guarantee it'll work. I'm just guessing off the top of my head right now.

Change dp's bpm to 121 and change the time signature to 5/8. Now if what you have recorded in dp is only audio, your audio tracks won't be affected by adjusting the bpm and time signature.

Highlight all your audio....and click one of the top tabs (not sure which one again)and scroll down to where it says"adjust audio to soundtrack tempo". That should make your audio up to 121bpm. Then now adjust the tempo to your likings either in dp or reason and your good to go. When you do change the bpm....remember to highlight your audio and adjust it to soundtrack temp. I'm pretty sure this should work.
