Which is why 99.999% of all conspiracy theories fall by the wayside.

He's just saying that he's getting stuck notes in DP, and it's starting to make him really angry. Seeing as how MOTU releases a new version and the stuck notes suddenly appear, I do think that at least part of the problem is MOTU's to resolve. He's right about that.
