Another surprise new player in microphone technology: A.R.T.

A.R.T., long known for making great budget-priced low-to-mid-end mic pre-amps, power amps, and compressors, has caught the industry by surprise by entering the microphone market head-first, coming out with five distinct mics that are in categories that even many long-time players in the field steer clear of.
The M-One is a large diaphragm cardioid side address condensor mic. M-Two is a variant with two position pad and roll-off. M-Three adds multi-patterns.
Here's where it gets interesting:
M-Four is a multi-pattern tube condensor microphone.
M-Five is a ribbon microphone!
Such a bold move, to enter the field in three categories at once, two of which are somewhat rare (tube mics in particular -- though ribbon mics currently represent a mad dash by almost every vendor imaginable).
