Good Service from Dan Dean

Just got myself DanDeanBass collection in on of the AudioMidi no Brainer Deals.As M5.2 states, that it can load Kontakt files, I ordered the Kontakt version, which didn't work. So an email to Dan Dean himself got me a friendly reply within a few hours, and one returne email reqest on my behalf later, got a new license no. for the EXS 24 version. Downloaded it and it works perfect. I thought the speed and friendliness of Dan Deans response deserves some praise!
