DP 7.12 and M-Audio Firewire 410

Post by jemsouth »

I have been having a real tough time getting my old M-Audio Firewire 410 hardware to work with DP7. Any step by step instruction would be awesome, and so would some other references. I tried downloading DAE (though I'm confused at how or if the M-Audio needs it). After downloading it I went ot Setup> System Cofiguration> and selected "DAE; the first time is brings up and error, the second time it says I need Audio Suite something or other, and on the 3rd time I try to select it, it crashes DP.

I replied to this in the Digital Performer: Usage, Techniques, Tips & Optimization forum. It's best if you only post your question in 1 forum.
