828 mk3 firewire problems on Win 7 x64

Hi all!
I have a Motu 828 mk3 firewire and i use Cubase 5.1.2.
Yesterday i finished installing Windows 7 64bit Enterprise ( migrating from Windows XP SP3 32bit) . I installed Cubase as 32bit mode (like all vst and plugins) ,everything went smoothly ... i spent two days to install all the audio software ...and then i made the gruesome discovery!

My Motu firewire got click and drops...almost like on old XP 64 bit (more or less)

What i tryied:
1/ motherboard bios (last updated version)
2/in bios HPET disabled (was at 64 bit)
3/Switched my Texas Instruments pci-firewire card on first motherboard slot (to have an exclusive IRQ ) [IRQ20]
4/in win 7 device manager i changed the firewire driver from "Compliant OHCI" to "Compliant OHCI (Legacy)"
5/used last update drivers, installed from Motu website
6/used last firmware updated, installed from Motu website (firmware 1.0.6)

Clicks and drops..persists. They arive when i open cubase mixer panel, when i move usb mouse, when i stop or play song.
Before i try all that (points 1/6) clicks and drops was more annoying...but however they persists even now.

I tryied even to switch cubase .exe process and motu-firewire-audio64 process to "realtime priority" in windows 7 task-manager and...for 3 minutes..seems all was resolved. I retry again this on next system restart but..it did not work again! Always clicks and drops :(

Someone can help me? Someone knows any firewire patch for windows 7 x64?
It's impossible ..we are in 2010 and Windows still have this problem!!! :x

Thanks in advance for all helps!

problem resolved! Exactly it wasn't a problem! All click and pops cominf from Native Instrument Reaktor 5.1.5 32bit installed in the folder program file(x86) (32bit) of Windows 7 64 bit. Reaktor not work well , Native Instruments said they are working to fix it! Without reaktor all hardware and software works very fine! !
