Technical question for DP 4.61 on a Mac:

I'm creating a Mastering project...I'm importing about 16 hours of audio in total. I can not slide the Soundbites to the right past a certain point in time...they disappear from the Sequencer window...they simply won't show up.

I still have a few more files to import, but can't...until I get this cleared up.

Is there a global time limit on DP, or a preference I can control/expand it?

If you change the sequence length to desired your Soundbites should

fit in. I hope this helps.

yes, gentlemen...I have the manual...am legit owner...just looked for answer in DP desktop Help and didn't see.

hey, I STILL can't find anything about how to simply increase the Sequence lengths? After reading the manual...;-(

Could someone please simply tell me how to do this?

Can you place the soundbites with the Shift (Command-L) function?

I can drag all the Soundbites into the Sequence Editor window and move around. The problem arises when I try to drag past 6 hours or so. I am Mastering a total of 62 tracks…each track is 15 minutes. (I know there are probably other software packages that would do a better job, but I'm novice enough that DP will work for my needs).

I had all but the last ten or so entered, but need to move ALL of the existing files over to the right. When I manually drag a soundbite, it disappears from the Sequence Editor window entirely. I can 'see' it's still there in the Tracks window, but I can't seem to grab it or see it.

Sorry…I'm a musician learning to be an engineer in my home studio...

Check out the "chunks window"in the manual. This might help.
