DP Crashing when compacting project

I have upgraded to 7.1 and for the most part it is working fine. I am doing some file managing and opening older files, so I can save them and archive them as 7.1 files, most of them are from version 5.13. Some of them crash upon start up,(when I press play) some don't. I am working on trouble shooting this problem. When I go to compact the project files DP crashes every time. I can't seem to figure out why, any thoughts would be great

I upgraded from 7.02 and am having the same problem in regards to compacting projects. DP consistently crashes whenever I compact projects. This never occurred in 7.0x.

I don't recommend compacting projects. I will go go to the soundbytes window, select unused soundbytes, remove them from the list and then do a save-a-copy-as a new project including audio.
