Question mark?

When I go to open any folder or app I see a question mark on the upper right and left of the open folder or app. My mac seems to work fine, it does not crash or show any error messages. I recently uninstalled M-audio fast track ultra software. Is there any thing to worry
about or if it is not broke don't fix it. Thanks

From Apple discussion:

It means that there's an item in the toolbar the Finder can't locate. Control-click it and choose Remove Item.
