SUSTAIN AND DP

My sustain no longer works. Could someone please advise me on the fix?

Just out of interest, the tech support at Motu is really bad.
Everytime I ask them a clear cut question, they answer you with a another question rather then deal with your question and this takes about 6 weeks for them to respond. I feel fortunate that this site has great people who always help out when a problem happens. Thanks.

Your sustain pedal doesn't work as in you see the On/Off messages but you don't hear them?
Or it doesn't even record your sustain pedal moves?
