Going on here:
http://www.audiomidi.com/Breverb-No-Bra ... 12240.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Looks like they've run this before in May of 2009 and it was only $4.99 then. Someone posted if anybody had any experience with this and got no answer. Here's the thread:
http://www.motunation.com/forum/viewtop ... =1&t=36153" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
So eight months later, at an outrageous

three times the price, is it any good?

A version of Breverb that appears similar to this stripped down version ships with BFD2. I'm not all that impressed, but have only used it a couple of times.

That's good enough for me to think I'll pass-- even at $15. It's only two algorithms and I'm up to my eyeballs in reverbs.

Yeah, I hate to keep poohing on these no-brainer deals, because everyone has their own tastes and needs, but I personally do not find the dumbed-down version of Breverb in B.F.D. 2 to be at all transparent so I always turn it off.
But as I didn't care for the demo of the full-fledged version either, for similar reasons, this is just a matter of personal taste, most likely. At any rate, I'm not tempted by the $15 deal. Altiverb and CSR is a great combination that covers all of my bases. And when I get a new computer, I suddenly have VSL's convolution reverb (not PC-only MIR) for free.

I echo that statement.

Having lately reflected on my impulse purchase of the Breverb no-brainer the first time around, I've decided that the stripped-down version tails far behind the likes of Aether and others in the field. Not worth absorbing unless you're really starved for 'verb. And with ProVerb in DP7, you really can't be that hard up.

Thanks again guys. I saw this in some music magazine a while back and wasn't going to buy it at the price listed.
But because I don't have a brain and it's such a righteous price, I figured I'll buy it now!!

The dialog is getting a little convoluted here. But hey... a bit of wit's ok with me, wet OR dry.
