Zbox works!

Hello
Got my Motu Zbox yesterday and I got to tell you, it feels good. In combination with DP:s guitar stuff it´s pretty close to my old bassman with a 4x10 cabinet.

Nice to hear about this. Always good to have a cheap, simple, yet useful thing available. I won't be buying any guitars or mics for a while but I could justify one of these boxes, eh?

I wonder how this thing compares to something like the Radial Dragster (
http://www.tonebone.com/tb-dragster.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). The Dragster is an impedance changing device. I just used it tonight when tracking a direct guitar to take a little of that brittle DI edge off. The benefit is that you can dial in the amount of impedance "drag". I'm guessing the Zbox is the same except it's set to a fixed amount. Anyone have any more real world experience with it?
